Created/drawn in Adobe Illustrator CS. Take a look at this tutorial [link] if you'd like to make your own.

Credit is always nice, but for this set, it's not necessary. Go nuts, use for whatever, and have fun ^^

These are really pretty, thanks! Wish they were a bit bigger, though, so I could use them for digi-scrapping at 300dpi.
